Robbert Marie (Robert) Gallas (Zevenhuizen, 24 April 1923 - 's-Gravenhage, November 23, 2005) was a Dutch mayor.

He was Mayor of Leiderdorp from 19 June 1962 until August 1968, then Mayor of Delft in the period 1968-1979 from Alphen aan den Rijn and from May 18, 1979 to May 10, 1985. He was a member of the CHU and after the merger of the CDA in 1980. His grandfather Pieter Gallas Jr. (1839-1917) was Mayor of Hellevoetsluis and New Helvoet. A further ancestor, Eduard Gallas (1675-1725), was Mayor in Brielle.

On 23 June 1970, the city council of Leiderdorp decided to name a street to Gallas; that became the Gallas Avenue. Gallas was Knight in the Order of the Dutch Lion, Officer in the Order of Orange-Nassau and Officer of the Légion d'honneur.
