The Royal Rowing and Nautical Sport Ostend (KRNSO) is a Belgian rowing association from Ostend, which operates along the Bruges-Ostend Canal, on the border with Bredene in Ostend. The association was founded in 1871. The KRNSO is a member of the Flemish Roeiliga, the Belgian Belgian Breeding Federation and the international FISA.
