Willem Hendrik (Wim) Kat (Amsterdam, October 24, 1904 - Groningen, June 23, 1990) was a Dutch athlete who had taken part in the 400m. He once participated in the Olympic Games and once again became Dutch champion .
Kat, who was a member of the Amsterdam Athletics Association AV'23, was part of the Dutch team, who attended the Olympics in Paris in 1924. He reached the 400m but became third in his qualifying series and was eliminated for further participation.
A year later, Wim Kat became his favorite Dutch champion. It would stay with this one victory. Dutch championships
