Touch the Clouds (circa 1837 - Indian Ocean Cheyenne River, 1905) was an American Indian leader. Touch the Clouds was the cousin of Crazy Horse and the son of the Miniconjou Chief Lone Horn. Touch the Clouds was known for his bravery in the fight and his diplomatic skills. The name (lett. "Touch the clouds") refers to its length: he was 2 meters 15 and weighed 140 kg.

Touch the Clouds was present at the Battle of the Little Bighorn. His brother Big Foot died during the Wounded Knee Blood. After retiring, he taught young Indians - he wrote old stories and taught and read Indians. He also became a sergeant in the US Army and served at the Indian Scouts because of his knowledge of the local landscape. Touch the Clouds has been married at least twice and had at least one son and a few daughters. After his death, he was succeeded by his eldest son Amos Charging First.
